Annual Club BBQ with "Swap-A-Rama" activities!!!
Mark your calendar's for a fun-filled afternoon and
evening and also a
voting night for the 2009-10 club delegates representing RCAHA
at the
next AHA convention, November 2009 held this year in Reno.
Member, friends, buyers, sellers are all welcome but only
members
will be eligible to vote for delegates. All members (new and
renewed)
as of June 30 are eligible to
vote according to AHA rules and regulations.
This is important as these delegates represent you at the
quarterly Regional meetings and also vote on all resolutions
that are brought forth at convention.

with a "tasty tidbit".... The menu for food at the BBQ
will be a great barbeque Tri-tip and Chicken and salads etc.
and a no-host bar plus sodas.
For reservations: Adults - $15 with reservations or $20 at the
door
Children 10 & Under $10 with reservations or $15 at the door.
